The Paper Run – Auld Glesga Weans

Two determined young paper boys make their way through a muddy Glasgow back court, carrying bundles of newspapers beneath towering sandstone tenements and lines of washing. The Paper Run captures the grit, pride and working-class spirit of Auld Glesga—when weans worked hard, helped their families and still found adventure in every close. Nostalgic Scottish artwork by Thistle & Ink Art.
